ABOUT THE CRATERIAN’S
LEGACY SOCIETY
At the Craterian, we understand that the decision to designate a planned gift is one of the most personal commitments a patron can make, and we appreciate your consideration.
Craterian Performances Company (CPC) has established the Legacy Society for friends who would like to make gifts to the theater through trusts, estates or other planned giving vehicles. These gifts enable us to continue to provide the highest quality theater and youth education programs not only in this lifetime, but for generations to come.
CPC welcomes a variety of planned-giving options (a few of the more common gift structures are listed below). We encourage you to ask your attorney or trusted financial advisor to help you find the best type of planned gift for your situation. (CPC cannot provide legal or specific financial advice.)
Common Ways to Make a Planned Gift
- Bequests – designate a gift to CPC in your will (a specific amount or percentage of the estate)
- Outright gifts of appreciated property (securities or real estate)
- Charitable Remainder Trusts
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Retirement Assets
- Life Insurance Policies
Whatever you choose, gifts of all sizes support the Craterian long-term, and often provide financial benefits to you as well.
