Children's Musical Theatre of Oregon
Craterian Performances has partnered with Children's Musical Theatre of Oregon (CMTO) to provide a high-quality musical theater performance program for the youth of Southern Oregon. Pioneered and directed by John Taylor, former music director of Cirque du Soleil's O in Las Vegas, CMTO produces outstanding family entertainment featuring some of the valley's most talented youth. You'll be delighted by these splashy, large-scale and high-energy productions and you'll be supporting a program that teaches young people the value of self discipline, commitment, individual responsibility and team work. Most recently on the Craterian stage, CMTO produced Broadway II: The Journey Continues and Oklahoma!

Rogue Opera
2009 marks the 33rd anniversary of Rogue Opera, committed to presenting high quality opera to regional audiences, training young performers, and directing its resources towards the education and enrichment of our youth and community. Rogue Opera is the only opera company between Eugene and Sacramento and is led by Artistic Director Willene Gunn. Since 1976, Rogue Opera has presented over 1,000 concerts, school and main stage performances and added three singer training programs for professional, community and student singers. Rogue Valley Chorale
The Rogue Valley Chorale is celebrating its 36th season of bringing outstanding choral music to Southern Oregon. Selected to represent Oregon in Salzburg, Austria, to commemorate Mozart's 250th anniversary, the group has also been featured in Carnegie Hall and throughout Europe.

Rogue Valley Symphony
Now in its 39th season, the Rogue Valley Symphony Orchestra performs for audiences throughout southern Oregon and northern California. The 70-piece group, conducted by Arthur Shaw, presents five concert series in Ashland, Grants Pass and Medford for a total of thirteen subscription concerts throughout the season. In addition, the orchestra performs four holiday Candlelight Concerts in Rogue Valley area churches in December.

Ballet Rogue
Under the artistic direction of choreographer and co-founder Diane Gaumond Hyrst, Ballet Rogue (formerly the State Ballet of Oregon) has been bringing professional ballet performances to Southern Oregon since 1980. The company is best known for its series Ballet in the Park, presented every summer in Ashland's Lithia Park.

Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon
The Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon's dedicated young musicians perform symphonic classical music with skill, insight and enthusiasm. Founded in 1988, the mission of the YSSO is to provide exceptional performance experiences under the leadership of professional conductors and music coaches and to foster a lifelong appreciation of classical music and the arts. Next year marks the YSSO's 22nd season of performances in the Rogue Valley.
Concert series performances feature all of the YSSO's three ensembles: Youth Strings, Youth Orchestra and Youth Symphony. The ensembles include young musicians (ages 8-23) from throughout the region who present masterful performances of works for orchestra.
Audiences will be impressed by the technical and interpretive abilities, and the musical and performance skills of these extraordinary musicians. Winners of the YSSO's Concerto Competition are featured as soloists with the Youth Symphony during each concert season.
Attend the inspiring, accessible and high-quality concerts of classical music presented by the musicians of the YSSO and prepare to be amazed!

Rogue Valley Youth Choruses
The Rogue Valley Youth Choruses is a community chorus organization under the auspices of the Rogue Valley Chorale that includes 225 singers from 25 schools and numerous home schools in the Valley. Talented singers in grades 3-12 audition yearly for one of the four choruses: Discovery Chorus, Rogue Valley Children's Chorus, Cantare Chorus, and Rogue Valley Youth Ensemble. Appearances have included state and regional conventions, chorus festivals,
local school tours, the SOU Convocation series, and concerts at the Rogue Valley Manor and the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater. RVYC choristers have appeared on stage with Maria Del Rey, M-Pact, Red Grammer, the Rogue Valley Symphony, and Rogue Valley Chorale. Come and enjoy innovative programming and quality choral music performed by these premiere choruses!
